Spinal Surgery Scar Cover-Up Tattoo 

Following surgery to remove a spinal tumour, this client was left with a prominent surgical scar running down her upper back. During healing, the scar had widened and become sunken in places, passing through an existing tattoo.

This scar cover-up tattoo was carefully designed to work with the contours of the healed scar tissue, incorporating the affected area into a new, decorative design.

The before-and-after photographs show the original surgical scarring and the finished tattoo, demonstrating how specialist tattooing can help transform the appearance of scars following major surgery.
