A bespoke abdominal scar tattoo created following DIEP flap reconstruction surgery after breast cancer. For this piece, the client wanted something bold, alternative, and deeply personal, leading to the creation of a custom skull and cogs design rather than a traditional floral approach. Every tattoo is designed collaboratively, with careful consideration given to the client’s personality, style, and vision, ensuring each piece is as individual as the person wearing it.
